Tickets include transport to foraging site (if required), all food, mojito cocktail and mineral water. Additional drinks available from the restaurant bar. Most dietary requirements can be catered for but please call 01452 899888 to check before booking.
10.00am – Gloucester Studio opens for tea and coffee.
10.30am – Departure from Gloucester Studio (183 Linden Road, Gloucester).
12.30pm – Return to Gloucester Studio to make jam jar mojitos and share a four course lunch.
2.30pm – Meal ends although you are welcome to stay and enjoy an additional drink from the restaurant bar.
Dishes will vary but will feature a fire-cooked bread, a fish dish, a meat dish and a pudding in addition to a cocktail/mocktail mini class. For example:
- Jam jar mojitos
- Nettle scones with wild oregano butter and griddled mushrooms
- Sea bass baked in dock leaves served with dandelion leaves and a hot charcoal dipping sauce
- Smoked shoulder of lamb with ground ivy served with hogweed potjie potatoes#
- Grilled pineapple with water mint ice cream
Please ensure you are wearing weather appropriate clothing and sensible footwear. You may wish to bring a camera, pen and paper.
